MONROVIA: Chief Dr. Jewel Howard-Taylor, Liberia’s immediately past Vice President has expressed deep sadness upon hearing about the replacement of Julie Endee as the country’s culture ambassador.
On her social media handle, the former Liberian Vice President expressed how unbearable she felt after hearing that Julie Endee has been replaced from her position she has well served.
According to her, there are reports suggesting that Endee’s presence at the City of Hope dedication occasion may have triggered her removal as the Country’s Culture Ambassador, something she describes as deeply troubling.
“It deeply saddens me to learn that Queen Juli Endee has now been relieved of her position as Culture Ambassador—a role she served with honor and dignity, bringing our rich culture to life in all sectors of society. Reports suggest that her presence at the City of Hope event may have led to her removal, which is deeply troubling”, Madame Taylor is quoted.
