The Citizens Movement for Change (CMC) has taken another step toward community-driven development by donating 1,000 bags of cement to support mosque construction in Quarduboni District, Lofa County. The donation ceremony was held on February 15, 2026, drawing community leaders, party officials, and residents from across the district.

The cement was officially presented by James Y. Yougue, National Chairman of the CMC, on behalf of party leader Musa Bility. The donation represents a partial fulfillment of a 4,000-bag cement pledge earlier made by Bility to assist with religious and community infrastructure development in Lofa County.
According to CMC officials, the cement has been distributed between two communities—600 bags allocated to Barkedu and 400 bags to Tusu—both of which are currently engaged in mosque construction projects aimed at improving worship facilities for local
