After mass exodus of recall Liberian diplomats from Foreign missions, President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has has nominated additional members of Government affecting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs including Foreign Missions in the United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Japan, Kuwait, Qatar, Senegal, Morocco, Ghana, and Liberia’s Permanent Mission in New York.
Those nominated are: Al Hassan Conteh, Ambassador Designate, United States of America, Genevieve Kennedy, Ambassador Designate, United Kingdom, Teeko Yorlay, Ambassador Designate, France, Edward Appleton, Ambassador Designate, Japan, Brahima Kaba, Ambassador Designate, Kuwait, Mohammed Kanneh, Ambassador and Designate, Qatar.
Others are : Ali Sylla, Ambassador Designate, Senegal, Joseph Johnson, Ambassador Designate, Morocco, Musu J. Ruhle, Ambassador Designate, Ghana
and Lewis Brown, Ambassador Designate, Liberia Permanent Mission in New York.
According to Executive Mansion release other appointments shall be announced as Diplomatic Agreements are received.
President Boakai at the same time calls on appointed officials of government to continue to demonstrate diligence, commitment, integrity, professionalism, and loyalty in service to country.
Meanwhile, These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate.
