The House of Representatives has categorically clarify that at no time did President Joseph N. Boakai meets with Speaker Richard Nagbe Koon to warn him about settling the ongoing crisis within the House, or risk losing his support as Speaker of the 55th Legislature.
The House further stated that these allegations are baseless, misleading, and part of a campaign of lies and propaganda designed to disrupt the progress of the House of Representatives..
Members of the House use the ocassion to pleged that they remain fully committed to their constitutional duties and will not be diverted from their mission of serving the people of Liberia.
“The focus of Speaker Koon, Deputy Speaker Thomas Pangar Fallah and all members of the House of Representatives is unwavering”, they re-emphasized.
At the same time, They maintain their determination to work in the best interest of Liberia, ensuring that the people’s concerns are heard and addressed effectively.
Additionally, The House of Representatives stressed that it remains united in its dedication to strengthening Liberia’s democratic process and advancing the nation’s development.
