Alex Yormah, a Liberian journalist has made a public SOS call to help safe his life.
Prior to his poor health, Alex worked for the Inquirer Newspaper and was assigned at the Executive Mansion.
A prolific writer, a strong media organizer and professional is now on his dying bed and is appealing for financial assistance to save his life.
According to him, he will need over 1,500usd to take him to Ghana to seek advance treatment.
Mr. Yormah married and resides in the Matadi community has been battling hypertension and other illness for nearly a year .
The challenging health condition has led him to have stroke including struggling to speak our clearly among others.
In a brief interview where he struggled to speak out clearly, Alex appeal and cry out to the public to help save his life.
Even though, he is not working actively due to his poor health but continues to receive his monthly stipends from the Inquirer Newspaper, his place of work prior to his illness.
However, it is an open secret that the media does not pay much unlike other sectors as such he will need extended financial assistance to save his life especially from philanthropist individuals and institutions including those he promoted over the period through his professional work and services.
