A renowned Italian and Germany Professor, Ambassador Riccardo Milici has joined reputable institutions and global personalities around the world by extending his heartfelt congratulations to President Joseph Nyumah Boakai and the Government of Liberia on the country’s successful election to the United Nations (UN) Security Council on June 3, 2025.
According to Amb. Milici ,the colourful achievement signifies an important milestone in Liberia’s diplomatic engagement, regional and international influence, coupled with global leadership traits Liberia presently has.

The overwhelming election of Liberia to the UN Security Council is a testament to the country’s dedication to multilateral cooperation and global stability,” Ambassador Milici pointed out.
