Redemption Hospital Becomes Latest Beneficiery Of Glamorous Girl’s Donation

US Based Non for profit non political group, Glamorous Girls Of Delaware Valley has extended its humanitarian assistance to the Redemption Hospital in the Municipal Borough of New Kru Town.

The group on Thursday as part of its usual good way gesture donated over two hundred brand new hospital gowns and several branded packaged begs containing towels, soap and other Health related materials to the hospital.

The beneficieries mainly women from the maternity ward of the hospital were overwhelmed by such donation which they described as timely.

According to the Vice President of the group, Nora Solo, their move is to contribute to the Country’s health sector that is struggling with lots of challenges.

She indicated that the government can not do it alone as such, it is good for well meaning Liberians to see the need to contribute back home to their Country for the betterment of its people.

Nora explained that as a non for profit body passionate to help Liberians, they annually raise funds from an annual event on valentines day including monthly dues which they put together to identify with needed sectors and people of the Country.

She pleged their unwavering commitment to continue to render assistance to Liberia especially the most needed sectors and vulnerable groups respectively.

Receiving the items in a happy mood, the Administrator of the Redemption Hospital, Stephenie Gbanya lauded the efforts of the group for such a meaningful gesture to them.

According to her, they were amazed to received not just huge and impressive quantity of hospital gowns but also brand new ones something she noted is very historic and worth commendation.

Stephenie while encouraging the Glamorous Girls Of Delaware Valley to do more also urged others to follow their impactful examples in the interest of the masses.

It can be recalled on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 , the Glamorous Girls Of Delaware Valley donated assorted items to the 14 Military Hospital in Margibi County as part of their annual contribution to the Country.

Both Nora Solo and Edith Tarn stated that the donation is also part of a feasibility study for the group in order to identify what needs to be done ahead of its next year’s plan.

Headed by Nora Solo as Vice President and ably assisted by Edith Tarn, the delegation extended thanks to both Redemption Hospital and 14 Military Hospital especially the dedicated staffs and professional health care workers for their commitment and passion to duty mainly in saving lives.

Flanked by Nora, Project Manager Edith Tarn reechoed the need for Liberians to forget the past and focus more on the bigger picture of developing their own Country.

She encouraged love and unity among the people which she indicated once done will be a great pillow and an instrument to lasting peace , reconciliation and development for Liberia.
