Mr. Bob Bundo, Chief Executive Officer of Seema Contractor Service, has praised his workers for their dedication and hard work, describing them as the foundation of his success.
Speaking during a gathering with employees, Mr. Bundo expressed deep respect for his workforce, noting that their efforts are what sustain the company and enable its growth.
Mr. Bundo, a prominent contractor and humanitarian, currently provides employment for more than 600 Liberians through Seema Contractor Service, which operates under a contract with Firestone Liberia. He commended his workers for their commitment and encouraged them to remain focused and hardworking as the company transitions into the year 2026.
The remarks were made during the celebration of his birthday anniversary, which he chose to mark alongside workers from various divisions of the company. He described the occasion as more meaningful than any of his previous birthday celebrations, emphasizing the presence of both his family and employees.
During the event, Mr. Bundo also reflected on his early life, sharing that he grew up without his parents from the age of 12. He explained that the challenges he faced during his upbringing helped shape his character and motivated his passion for creating job opportunities and supporting others.
Mr. Bundo reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of his workers and reiterated his dedication to contributing to national development through employment creation and humanitarian initiatives.
