
The Chief Executive Officer Of General Construction & engineering Company Amos V. Boakai has assured the completion of Garwula District Guest House in 90 days.
Speaking to a team of reporters, the Chief Executive Officers said his company is charged with the responsibility to construct the value of $USD88, 312.00 building in the district.
He indicated, that the District Guest House is designed with water supply system both cold and hot; something he said will be the first ever in Grand Cape Mount County and Western Liberia.
The General Construction and Engineering Company CEO explained that the guest house project was advertised by the Ministry of Internal Affairs through the County authorities.
He further extolled, the professional workings of constructors , helping to implement the project and maintained that they are passionate about the job.
He at the the same time, made disclosure that his institution brought on board professional and non professional contractors.
CEO Boakai noted, that their responsibilities is to train people that are not train so as to make them both reputable and marketable in society.
He said, they believed in transforming people positively; moreover, conveyed that the project is in the tone of $USD 88, 312.00 and will be done to beautify the district and County at large.
Speaking on contractors sustainability, The CEO said, his company has hired 52 persons and those individuals were evaluated properly and machanism was put in place to provide their rewards.
He assured, capemounteans of the completion of the project in 90day and reemphasized his company commitment to implement project and if not the county should issue a lawsuit.
The General Construction and Engineering Company CEO maintained, that the people of Cape Mount will be proud and extolled about the project and other counties will follow same direction.
He however challenged, the people of Cape Mount and authorities to evaluate companies that will apply to implement projects so as to have a fruitful results and implementations.
CEO Boakai cautioned, the people of Cape Mount to avoid giving contract based on favoritism and sentiment as construction works are built for life not beauty.
