President Joseph Nyuma Boakai will on June 28, 2024 later today depart the Country for Accra, Ghana.
The Liberian leader is expected to attend the commencement ceremony of the Regional Maritime University in that Country.
The official program which will take place on Saturday, June 29,2024, will see President Boakai as Guest of Honor to deliver the commencement address.
The Liberian leader is expected to depart the Country via the Roberts international Airport in lower Margibi County with a sizable delegation to include: Oswald Tweh, Minister of Justice, Sirleaf Tyler, Minister of Transport, Molley Kamara , Economic Advisor to President Boakai, Neto Lighe, Commissioner General, Liberia Maritime Authority and Jerolinmek M. Piah, Minister Of Information Cultural Affairs and Tourism.
President Boakai will also travel with his support staff, Chief of Protocol and Assistants on Communications and Media , Security and personal matters.
The delegation is expected to return to the Country on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
Meanwhile, while away, the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs and Chief of Staff , Amb. Sylvester Grigsby will act in consultation with the President via telephone.
