A renowned Italian and Germany Professor, Ambassador Riccardo Milici has joined reputable institutions and global personalities around the world by extending his heartfelt congratulations to President Joseph Nyumah Boakai and the Government of Liberia on the country’s successful election to the United Nations (UN) Security Council on June 3, 2025.
